Only CD duplicators that support raw image writing (Disk-At-Once-96) can be used. Duplicators use NERO software is proffered.
The Softlock Safe CDR physical signature is a number of special sectors containing required information to run the protected software. The sectors is accessible only by our protection layer.
The user can copy the contents of the optical disc protected with Softlock Safe CDR to his hard disk drive, but he will not be able to run the application without the original disc inside his drive.

Yes. By using the Softlock SDK the software developer can implement several authentication processes in any place inside his software and use the results of the authentication processes to cause the software to run in a limited manner if the CD is not original. For example a game developer can implement an authentication process at any stage of the game and if the CD is not original he can stop the game or disable functions in it to allow the user to play only a demo version of the game. Yes. Softlock Safe CDR uses completely standard Pre-mastering and mastering equipment and Softlock Safe CDR protected CD's comply with the Yellow Book and Orange Book applicable standards. Unlike other protection solutions, Softlock Safe CD's are free from any physical and optical defects.
Protected application in test mode will not work on any other computer except the computer on which the protection is applied.
